Intermediate Programs
Description:
Transitions are less intense shorter blocks of skill and capacity-building programs.
They can be used to develop skills that are lacking or be a bridge between programs. This can be a useful pathway back into training, or if you intend to take a break or need to split two longer programs up.

Transition blocks are often shorter with supersets and are flexible in the specificity of exercises, volume, and intensity which leaves a lot of room for decision making, this does mean that you need to have some experience. Alternatively, they can be paired with a 1:1 coaching session to get the most out of your training.
