Description:

4 Week Skill Programs are dedicated to an exercise that you wish to improve. 

A specific amount of volume will then be applied to that skill for a 4 Week block where you will focus on that particular exercise over a number of sessions.

This will overlay a basic strength and conditioning plan but the majority of time will be spent on skill work.​
